Being easygoing can be a wonderful quality. Maybe you’re flexible when plans change, don’t get caught up in small annoyances, and genuinely enjoy making things easier for the people around you. Friends may appreciate that you’re comfortable to be with. Partners might describe you as patient or understanding. At work, you may be the person who stays calm when everyone else is getting overwhelmed.

There may be a lot about this part of yourself that you genuinely like. Being able to adapt can make relationships easier. Not every disagreement needs to become a conflict, and there is something valuable about being able to recognize what matters and let go of what doesn’t.

You walk into a meeting with energy. You make conversation at an industry event when you're exhausted. You talk enthusiastically about what you're working on even when you're privately uncertain about where it's going. You learn how to appear confident when part of you feels anything but.
