Therapy is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether this is your first time seeking support or you’re returning after some time away, you’re welcome to come exactly as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels grounded, steady, and manageable.
I offer online psychotherapy for individuals and couples across California, using secure HIPAA-compliant webcam sessions. This allows us to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space, without the stress of travel or commuting.
Fees:
- $250 for a 50-minute session
- $400 for an 80-minute session
Payment is collected at the time of session. If your insurance offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
Welcome to PsychotherapyBeginning therapy can feel vulnerable. You might be carrying stress, loneliness, anxiety, relationship strain, or simply a sense that life could feel more grounded or meaningful. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Therapy is a space to slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and grow toward a version of yourself that feels more connected, confident, and supported. |
Understanding Your InsuranceInsurance plans vary, and everyone’s coverage is different. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits for therapy, and once it’s set up, reimbursement generally runs smoothly.
I don’t bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network psychotherapy benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. |
The Experience of Working Together
Working together means slowing down and making space to understand what’s happening inside with warmth and curiosity rather than criticism or pressure. Over time, this process can help you cultivate emotional steadiness, self-trust, and a more supportive inner dialogue — so you can move through life with greater confidence, connection, and ease.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
