Questions Before Getting Started?
Fees
50-minute individual or couples therapy: $250
80-minute extended sessions: $400
Insurance
I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t bill insurance directly. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for psychotherapy services. I can provide a monthly statement you can submit to your insurance company.
Online Therapy
Sessions are offered securely online via webcam or phone audio for clients residing anywhere in California.
What Happens After I Schedule?
After you schedule, you’ll receive an email from SimplePractice, my secure electronic health record system, with a link to your client portal and a few forms to complete before we meet. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Once you’ve completed the forms, I’ll send you your own secure Zoom for Healthcare webcam link, which we’ll use for all of our sessions.
When we first meet, we’ll take some time to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like help with, and what you’re hoping might be different. There’s no need to have everything figured out beforehand. We can begin wherever you are and take it from there together.
