Have you felt like a lone wolf in your family that gets a lot of pressure to blend in?

Being the family scapegoat is a challenging position to be in but also gives greater freedom to chart our own course.
Remember, you are lovable even if your family doesn’t fully embrace you.
The scapegoat of the family is the one who see the family dysfunction and refuses to blend in.

Scapegoats tend to receive a lot of pressure to fit in and not rock the boat.

We receive a lot projection from family members who don't want to hold their own discomfort.

We can feel like we've never quite belonged in our family.

Over time we may have learned to create a family of support elsewhere.

Even if we have never been fully embraced by family, we are worthy of love.
