Fighting in relationships can actually be a good thing. It can help to release tension and can be a way to communicate effectively when done in a constructive manner. It can also help to build trust and intimacy in a relationship as it can require a lot of vulnerability. When both partners are willing to fight fair and work towards resolving the issue, it can be a very positive experience.
