Coping with Unrequited Love

Need for Greater Self-Love

Most of us have experienced the pain of not receiving love back.

Sometimes unrequited love shines a spotlight on our need for greater self-love.
When we’re compassionate with ourselves, giving time for grief and understanding, we feel re-empowered to give love where it’s most likely to be reciprocated.
It can be both heartbreaking and demoralizing when we love someone who doesn't love us back.
Unrequited Love
Giving ourselves plenty of love helps to ease the pain or at least reminds us that we're lovable.
Unrequited Love
Remember, no one can determine our worth or value, it is our birthright.
Unrequited Love
It's okay to give ourselves time to grieve the pain and loss of our hoped for love.
Unrequited Love
When we redirect our love to those that are able to return it, we thrive.
Unrequited Love

You ARE Loveable!
