Reparenting yourself with unconditional love isn’t about permission to hurt yourself or others but it IS about taking responsibility with fierce compassion.
3. Celebrate Your Progress
Being excited & cheerleading your successes along the way is what good enough parents do that you can give yourself.
4. Encourage Your Growth
Give yourself a gentle nudge to take healthy risks to do new things and to experience more that life has to offer.
5. Provide Yourself Safety
Reparenting includes creating an internal environment that you can be fully you without judgment to express, let your hair down & feel safe.
