Taking Action Can Bring Insight
Having insight is certainly helpful but it’s not necessary for change.
Knowing ourselves is a life-long journey where we learn how to navigate life well.
However, we can also easily get stuck in over-processing and refusing to take action until we understand things better.
Sometimes insight comes after taking action.
Sometimes we know the direction to take in our lives without understanding why.
Understanding ourselves better is helpful but not necessary for change.
Over-processing and being "insighted to death" can become it's own roadblock to change.
We often gain more insight after we change behaviors.
Why we do something is less important than starting the process of change.
