Kindness is Strength 1

Being Kind Spreads Love

Being kind means treating ourselves and others with a generosity of spirit and warmth.

When we care deeply we spread love in the world.
When we're kind we know our own worth and don’t seek to diminish someone’s else’s worth nor do we allow others to treat us poorly.

Don’t mistake kindness for a lack of strength.

Quiet is not always unconfident.
