Using Mindfulness with Fear
There are so many unknowns in the world right now.
We can easily get overwhelmed by imagining our worst fears of the future.
We have enough on our plate right now.
Our practice is to keep coming back to the present moment with kindness and care for what exists in the here and now.
Use deep breaths.
Increase your awareness of your surroundings by slowing down.
Become an observer by not judging but instead noticing more acutely your surroundings.
Remind yourself you will get through this and be okay.
Use time alone to connect with yourself and meditate.
Engage in physical activity.
Remember, you are loved.
