You take the time needed to respond versus reacting impulsively. When you’re triggered, you respond with radical self-acceptance & compassion. You engage with life as it is without forcing things to be different. You attend to your feelings without overindulging or denying them. You set healthy boundaries and maintain them. You know your value/worth isn’t earned but inherent.
