Let’s nourish ourselves with more compassion and less stigma.
Eating to self-soothe is a perfectly valid coping mechanism.
Eating for pleasure is perfectly valid too.
Food and pleasure are too often weaponized against fat bodies.
Having emotions while eating is simply being human.
Fat phobia impacts all bodies.
We have inherent value regardless of our body's shape, size and abilities.
