Things to Say to Create Healthy Boundaries

Saying No is Essential

One of the essential ways we can set healthier boundaries is by saying no.

Knowing a variety of ways of saying no can help us when it’s especially difficult to do so.
Saying NO, allows us to say YES to our priorities and our timing.

Ways of Saying No

I need more time to consider what you've said before I respond.

No, I have to focus on other priorities.

As much as I'd like to, my commitments are full at this time.
