We can have empathy with others and not change

Self-Reflection Doesn't Always Include Changing

We cannot please everyone.

Sometimes our actions, words or beliefs make other people feel uncomfortable.
It’s okay to both empathize with our impact on others and choose not to change.

When we’re able to stand in our own truth we’re actually better able to self-reflect with new information to see if there really IS something we genuinely want to change.
